Returns

Most items sold by Cookie Smut are made/printed to order. As such, we cannot offer any returns for items purchased on accident.

Damages and issues

Quality and customer happiness are of the utmost importance to us! If any product arrives in less than perfect condition, we will of course refund or replace all affected items and their shipping fees, according to the specific category policies below.

To begin the refund/replacement process, please email shawna@cookiesmut.com. All refund/replacement requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your item. Please note that though refunds will be issued by Cookie Smut immediately, it may take several business days for it to be reflected by your bank or credit card.

Cookie Cutters

For 3D printed cookie cutters, though every product is printed and packed with care, the 3d printing process can be a bit unreliable. If there are any irregularities or other issues with your 3d printed item, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will either refund your item including the item's shipping fees or we will send a replacement for no extra fee.

Apparel, Accessories, Housewares

Some merch items such as apparel, accessories, and housewares are manufactured and shipped via a third party production partner. These items are all clearly marked as such on the listing pages. Occasionally, these production partners may have variances in print quality. If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of the item you receive, the item will be refunded or replaced immediately. We may ask for pictures of the misprints in order to make quality adjustments for you.

Stickers

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds/replacements of stickers at this time except in the case of the wrong item being shipped out.
